About Dr. Fields

Dr. Fields is the Assistant Dean of Student Success at Washington University where he has worked for over fifteen years in various administrative and leadership roles. Dr. Fields earned bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and chemical engineering, respectively,from Morehouse College and the Georgia Institute of Technology. His doctorate in chemistry is from Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Fields is also an ordained minister who retired as pastor of a local church. He has traveled extensively, including Haiti, South Africa, Ghana, England, Scotland, France, and The Netherlands. Dr. Fields is a native of Augusta, GA.
